Education
Melissa Vallera, D.P.T., C.S.C.S., CPT, PES received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University and a bachelors in biology from the University of Bridgeport. Dr. Vallera graduated Cum Laude while playing Second Team All-Region Soccer and earning M.V.P at the University of Bridgeport. She also earned the National Collegiate Award for the Sciences and Presidents List, as well as All Academic Team.

Dr. Vallera has over 12 years of coaching experience for players 8-18 years of age, and over 7 years of strength and conditioning experience for athletes of all sports. Her clinical experience includes home care, out-patient orthopedics and athletic injuries and prevention. Dr. Vallera is also fluent in French and Italian.
